Terms and Conditions
If you fail to pay the price of services or the portion of the price of services indicated on the booking form in accordance with the established procedure, the booking ceases to be valid. The passenger confirms that he/she is aware that the number of seats offered for the flight price is limited and that seats may be unavailable for the specified price. The booking remains unconfirmed until you receive the confirmation e-mail. The ticket price may be subject to change until the payment is received, therefore we recommend that you make the payment as soon as possible.
The passenger must familiarise himself/herself with the selected flight route and required travel documents. The passenger confirms that he/she knows and understands that if the carrier decides to change the airport of departure and/or arrival, the passenger will need to take care of carriage from one airport to another on his/her own.
The passenger confirms that during this booking process he/she has been informed that cheap flight tickets (offered by airlines such as Ryanair, Wizzair, Easyjet, Monarch, Vueling and Norwegian) are not conjunction tickets, also, when the passenger transfers between flights, he/she shall reclaim and recheck in the baggage on his/her own. The passenger also confirms that when the flight is cancelled, changed or expected to be behind schedule and when he/she fails to catch the next flight, the travel agent or ticketing system, from whom he/she has purchased the ticket, and the flight operator (airline) do not assume any responsibility and do not commit themselves to reimbursing him/her for incurred losses.
The passenger confirms that he/she has thoroughly acquainted himself/herself with the Terms and Conditions presented to him/her and has understood all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and has notified other passengers, beneficiaries, that the booking of travel services is implemented only pursuant to the rules indicated in the Terms and Conditions and that all the passengers must obey these rules.
A specific flight company establishes its own rules for changing the date and surname on plane tickets, returning plane tickets, travelling with infants and children, and carrying baggage and non-standard items. Before booking the ticket, please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the rules and Flight Terms and Conditions of the selected flight company.
When booking the plane ticket, please observe booking system instructions and respond to e-mail notifications. If you think that you have not received all the necessary information, your booking confirmation, Payment Terms and Conditions or other documentation, please contact us by phone.
The rules of the flight company enter into force as soon as you purchase the ticket.
When the airline company cancels or changes the flight, the service fee is not refunded.
In case airline canceled or changed the flight, fee of the Money Back Guarantee is not refundable, even if Money Back Guarantee was not claimed.
In case the passenger does not receive the ticket at the specified time, he/she shall contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 20 hours before the flight. In case the passenger contacts us less than 20 hours before the flight, the agency bears no responsibility for the passenger’s additional costs.

Basic terms and conditions of passenger carriage
1. These basic terms and conditions of passenger carriage together with the ticket issued to the passenger confirm a contract of carriage concluded between the carrier and the passenger.
2. The carriage of passengers and other services provided by the air carrier also are subject to the tariffs, terms and rules set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Passenger and Baggage Carriage published on the website www.skrendu.lt.
3. The air carrier shall take all measures to ensure the passenger and baggage are carried in accordance with the schedule. However, the flight times indicated in timetables may be changed by the air carrier without a notice. Therefore, prior to the day of departure the passenger should check the departure time in the air carrier’s schedule. If necessary, the air carrier may also provide services to the passenger via other air carriers or aircrafts, or change the stops indicated in the ticket or combine flights without a notice. In the events of denied boarding and flight cancellation or long delays, the passenger traveling to or from airports in the European Union shall have the rights set out in the Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of 11 February 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights.
4. Checked baggage shall be issued to the person submitting the baggage voucher. If baggage was lost, destroyed or damaged during carriage, claims must be submitted to the air carrier in writing not later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the checked baggage or from the date on which the baggage had to be received. If the baggage is delivered with a delay, claims must be submitted to the air carrier in writing no later than within 21 days from the date of receipt of the checked baggage. The General Terms and Conditions of Passenger and Baggage Carriage approved by the air carrier may indicate other terms and conditions of filing of claims - in this case, the passenger must follow the General Terms and Conditions of Passengers and Baggage Carriage.
5. The passenger must arrive at the airport early enough so he / she can deal with all the flight formalities and arrive at the boarding gate on time. Usually the passengers should arrive to the airport at least two hours before the flight so they could check in and carry out all border and customs security formalities on time. Passenger registration can be performed at different times in different airports - the end of the registration is indicated on the ticket and / or the air carrier’s schedule. If the time is not specified, the passenger must check in for the flight at least 40 minutes before the published departure time. A flight cannot be delayed because of passengers who are late. The air carrier is entitled to deny boarding to the passengers who are late to check in or arrive at the boarding gate on time.
6. Passengers arriving for check in for flights must have the necessary travel documents (passport or other identity document valid for travel), as well as visas of the country of destination, vaccination certificates and other documents (if these documents are required by the laws of the relevant country) and keep them until the end of the trip. Every traveler travelling to the countries with which the Republic of Lithuania has not entered into special contracts or agreements specifying otherwise must have a valid passport. In some cases, it is allowed to travel abroad with an ID card, but only to the countries with which the Republic of Lithuania has entered into special contracts or agreements. A list of countries that recognize ID cards of the Republic of Lithuania as a valid travel document is provided on www.urm.lt. If a passenger fails to fulfill the duty to have the necessary travel documents, the air carrier shall be entitled to deny boarding. If the State Migration Service of the relevant country refuses admit passengers into the territory of the country of destination because of improper travel and / or other necessary documents of the passenger, the passenger (including deported passengers) shall have to cover all the related direct and indirect costs suffered by the air carrier.
7. When the destination or stopping place of the passenger’s trip is not in the country of departure, the carriage by air shall be subject to the Montreal Convention (Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air) adopted in 1999, if these countries are the participants of the Convention. The Republic of Lithuania has ratified the Convention. The Convention provides for an air carrier’s limited liability for damage sustained in case of death or injury of a passenger, for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers, and for damage sustained in case of destruction, loss or delay of baggage. In addition, air carriage is subject to the provision of the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw on 12 October in 1929, the Hague Protocol of 1955 to the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw on 12 October in 1929, and Regulation (EC) 889/2002 amending Council Regulation (EC) 2027/97 on the air carrier liability in the event of accidents.
8. Under the provisions of the Convention, the air carrier shall be liable in the event of death or bodily injury of a passenger, if the accident, which caused death or injury, took place on board of the aircraft or during disembarking. However, the air carrier shall not be liable for damage that exceeds 100,000 Special Drawing Rights (SDR) set by the International Monetary Fund for each passenger if the air carrier proves that such damage emerged not due to the negligence or other wrongful act or omission of the air carrier or its employees or agents; or that the damage was solely caused by the negligence, the wrongful act or omission of a third party.
9. In accordance with the provisions of the Convention, the air carrier shall indemnify the actual damage caused by the destruction or loss of checked baggage, if the event which had caused the destruction, loss or damage of the baggage took place on board or during any other period during which the air carrier was responsible for the checked baggage. The liability of the air carrier in case of destruction, loss or delay of baggage shall not exceed 1,000 SDR per passenger. This limitation may be waived only with the prior declaration of a higher value of the baggage and the payment of an additional fee. Indirect losses, including non-pecuniary damages, shall not be indemnified. Please contact your air carrier for more information about other applicable liability restrictions on carriage of corresponding items by air.

11. Your checked baggage must not contain fragile or perishable items, valuable items, such as money, keys, eyeglasses, cameras, video cameras and other valuable electronic or technical devices and their accessories, computers, telephones, cell phones, electronic devices, batteries chargers, jewellery, precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones, musical instruments, valuable art or fine art pieces, medicines, medical documents, securities or similar valuables, business documents or items, passports and other identification documents or samples. The air carrier shall not be responsible for these items if a passenger in spite of this warning carries them in the checked baggage.
12. Beside the items specified in paragraph 11, it is forbidden to carry in hand luggage the following items:
12.1. Guns, firearms - any object, which may, or seem to be able to run a projectile (such as shotguns; air pistols, pellet guns, rifles; catapults; harpoons and spears; humane animal extermination measures, fire extinguishers, signal guns, starting pistols, firearms replicas or imitations; all kinds of toy guns, foldable parts of firearms (excluding telescopic monitoring devices and telescopic sights); small calibre pistols, tasers, electric shock equipment used for contact herding of livestock; electric shock appliances; lighters of the shape resembling firearms; hidden and masked firearms).
12.2. Pointed and bladed weapons - pointed or sharp objects, which may be used to cause injures (for example, axes and hatchets, arrows and darts, crampons, ice axes and ice picks, ice skates, knives with lockable or flick blades of any length; including ceremonial knives with blades longer than 6 cm, made of metal or any other material strong enough to be used as a potential weapon, meat cleavers, open razors, swords, scalpels, scissors with blades longer than 6 cm, ski sticks, swords and swordsticks; propellants stars; craft tools that can be used as a pointed or edged weapon, for instance, drills, box cutters, utility knives, various saws, screwdrivers, crowbars, hammers, pliers, wrenches).
12.3. Blunt instruments - any blunt object that may be used to cause injuries (such as baseball bats, maces, bludgeons, softball bats, cricket bats, golf clubs, hockey sticks, lacrosse sticks, billiard, pool or snooker sticks, martial arts accessories).
12.4. Explosive or highly combustible substances, which can be exploited to execute acts of unlawful interference (such as ammunition, explosives capsules; blow lamps; detonators and fuses, explosives and explosive devices; gas and gas tanks, grenades, fireworks, any shape flares; lighter filling fluid; mines and other explosive military devices; firecrackers; petrol and gasoline, explosive materials or replicas or imitation of devices; smoke canisters or cartridges, toy gun capsules; turpentine and paint thinners).
12.5. Chemical and toxic substances that can be used to execute acts of unlawful interference (for example, acids, chlorine and bleaching agents; neutralizing spray gas, for example, pepper gas, tear gas and acids in aerosol packaging).
13. Restrictions apply to the carriage of spare lithium batteries in hand luggage: spare lithium batteries, rechargeable lithium batteries for laptops and DVD players, and AA-size lithium batteries can be carried only in hand luggage.
14. The carriage of the items listed below is forbidden both in the cabin and checked baggage:
14.1. Compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable and poisonous) such as tear gas, gas torches, oxygen, gas cylinders, butane gas for hair care products and lighters.
14.2. Corrosive materials such as acids, alkalis, mercury, batteries charged with liquid electrolyte.
14.3. Explosives, for example, ammunition, flares and fireworks.
14.4. Oxidizing materials, for example, bleaching agents.
14.5. Radioactive or strongly magnetized materials.
14.6. Poisonous and infectious material.
14.7. Insufficiently packed items, if a warranty card is not issued.
14.8. Items whose carriage is prohibited by law, the government or regulations issued by the countries or states to which or from which the items are intended to be carried.
14.9. Items that because of their size and (or) weight cannot be loaded to the aircraft.
14.10. Items emitting a pungent odour.
14.11. Food products placed in luggage, which may be damage other persons’ luggage.
14.12. The contents of samples and kits may include prohibited items, thus it is necessary to obtain information about the contents of such kits in order to make sure they can be carried as baggage.
15. Restrictions on carriage of liquids:
15.1. Liquids must be contained in individual containers not exceeding 100 milliliters;
15.2. Containers should be placed in a single transparent plastic resealable bag of no more than 1 liter in size.
15.3. One passenger can have one bag.
15.4. Liquids include gels, pastes, lotions, liquid and solid mixtures and contents of pressurized containers (such as toothpaste, hair gel, drinks, soups, syrups, perfume, shaving foam, aerosols and other items of similar consistency).
16. Aviation Security staff may deny access for a passenger having an suspicious object to the restricted access area and the aircraft cabin or refuse to carry such am item as checked baggage. Neither the agency nor the air carrier shall be liable for such decisions.
